Thanks Aline for the post and to Sue Bryan for the numerous online printing links. I ended up using Imagekind and overall I'm very happy! The Good: fast, great paper options - I printed on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl, and only $9 for 2-day fed-ex delivery. The Bad: Prints get shipped rolled up in a tube, so it needs major flattening. I ordered a 16"x16" on the above paper for $34. A little on the high side but doing it online saved a lot of driving time.
