The party starts at 6:30 on Thursday, the 17th and here's the schedule:
6:30 to 8: drinking and eating (bring booze, juice, wine, and FOOD--not just snacks) I'll get all the paper goods
8-9:30 photo exchange, video, memorial for Cindy Schafer, and looking at work
Instead of bringing a portfolio, I would be happy to prepare a power point of everyone's work...if you want to send me 5-10 images, by the 15th, I will happily add you. Or you can bring a portfolio. Or just look at other people's work!

A couple of things to think about--parking might be tight so you could car pool, meet at the Whole Foods Parking lot on Rose and Lincoln and car pool over, etc. Also I hope we have enough chairs, but we will make do... I would love to have some help setting up and if one of my fabulous assistants could do the projector, I'd be incredibly grateful!

Also for the photo exchange, bring a print around 8x10 print in an envelope with your name marked on the outside.....
